Paint and Body
The M491 option was first introduced in 1984 and features front and rear spoilers from the contemporary 911 Turbo as well as wider front and rear fenders. The car is finished in Black and features headlight washers, front and rear fog lights, and black stone guards ahead of the rear wheel openings along with a power-operated sunroof, heated power-adjustable side mirrors, and a Turbo rear badge. Paint meter readings are shown in the photo gallery and indicate majority of the paint to be original.
Interior
The power-adjustable front sport seats are upholstered in Black leather, and the dashboard, door panels, and folding rear seats are trimmed to match. A Porsche Classic stereo has been added, and additional appointments include air conditioning, cruise control, and power windows. Fuse panels were serviced with new fuses in June 2024.
The leather-wrapped steering wheel frames VDO instrumentation consisting of a central tachometer with a 6,300-rpm redline as well as a 170-mph speedometer, a quartz clock, and gauges for oil level, oil pressure, oil temperature, and fuel level. The six-digit odometer shows 103k miles.
Wheels and Brakes
Fuchs 16″ alloy wheels with black-finished centers and color-crest center caps are mounted with 205/55 front and 225/50 rear Michelin Pilot Sport A/S3 tires that have 2019 production-date codes. The M491 package included Turbo-specification anti-roll bars, trailing arms, and torsion bars as well as Turbo brakes with drilled rotors. New rear brake pads, emergency brake shoes, new springs, and four new brake hoses were installed in June 2024. Brake fluid was flushed and bowden cables adjusted in June 2024.

The Carfax report is free of accident or damage entries and lists history in Illinois through 1993 and history in Indiana from 1993 to 2024. The report states that a NAM (Not Actual Mileage) title was issued in 1991, but service records show no history of rollbacks.
