2002 Porsche 911 Turbo 6-Speed

This 2002 Porsche 911 Turbo coupe is powered by a twin-turbocharged 3.6L flat-six that drives all four wheels via a six-speed manual gearbox, and it is finished in Arctic Silver Metallic over black full leather. Equipment includes 18″ Turbo Twist wheels, bi-xenon headlights, heated seats, a sunroof, automatic climate control, Bose audio, a Soul Performance exhaust and a Porsche PCCM+ system. The car was registered to it’s first owner in Beverly Hills, California from new through 2015.  It was then registered in Missouri and Tennessee.  This 996 Turbo coupe has just over 80k miles and is now offered with the owner’s manual, maintenance booklet, service records, a clean Carfax report, and a clean TN title.

Paint and Body

The car is finished in Arctic Silver Metallic (L92U) and features a sunroof, xenon headlights, fog lights, clear corner-light lenses, a rear window wiper, stainless steel exhaust outlets as well as wider rear bodywork, rear air intakes, and revised bumper covers in comparison to the contemporary Carrera. The paint was ceramic coated in March of 2021.

Interior

The cabin features 8-way adjustable seats trimmed in black leather that extends to the dashboard and door panels. Features include heated seats, automatic climate control, cruise control, a Bose speaker system, and a Porsche PCCM+ system. The leather-wrapped steering wheel fronts a 200-mph speedometer, a central tachometer, and gauges for coolant temperature, oil pressure, battery, and fuel level. The digital odometer indicates just over 80k miles.

Wheels and Brakes

The 18″ Turbo Twist wheels are wrapped in Continental Extreme Contact tires that have 2020 date codes and were  installed in 2021.  The car is equipped with Porsche Stability Management (PSM), an automatic brake differential, and disc brakes with red calipers over vented and cross-drilled rotors. A brake-fluid flush was performed in November 2021, when the front and rear sway bar down links, and cv axle boots were reportedly replaced.  A wheel alignment was completed in February 2022.

Mechanicals

The twin-turbocharged 3.6L flat-six was factory rated at 415 horsepower and 415 lb-ft of torque.  A new air mass flow sensor, water pump and thermostat were replaced in November 2021.  A new battery, serpentine belt, speed sensor, and PCCM+ system were installed in January 2021. Power is sent to all four wheels through a six-speed manual transaxle. A Soul Performance X-pipe exhaust system has been installed.  An oil and filter change was  completed in April 2022. 

Documentation and Accessories

The original maintenance book documents original delivery to Beverly Hills, California. The sale includes original owner’s manual, maintenance book, PCCM+ manuals, two keys, and service records.
